Charge To Play respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This Account Deletion Policy explains how you may request deletion of your account and associated data, including data connected to sign-in methods such as Meta/Facebook Login and Discord Login, where applicable.

2. Scope
This policy applies to user accounts created or used through Charge To Play, including accounts created directly with us or accounts created or accessed through third-party login providers such as Meta/Facebook or Discord.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and related personal data by:
- using any account deletion feature made available within your account settings, where applicable; or
- contacting us at Support@chargetoplay.com using your registered email address or another verification method we may reasonably require.
To protect users and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may request information necessary to verify your identity before processing your request.
4. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
Once your verified deletion request is approved and processed:
- your Charge To Play account will be permanently deleted or irreversibly deactivated from active use;
- you will lose access to account-based features, saved settings, order history, and other account-linked functions, except for information we must retain by law or for legitimate operational reasons;
- any connection between your Charge To Play account and linked social login providers, including Meta/Facebook or Discord, may be removed from our active systems;
- access tokens, session records, or provider-linked identifiers stored by us and no longer required may be deleted, anonymized, or isolated from active use.
Deleting your Charge To Play account does not automatically delete your separate Meta, Facebook, or Discord account. If you wish to manage or delete your account with those providers, you must do so through the relevant provider directly.
5. Data That May Be Deleted
Subject to applicable law and technical feasibility, deletion may include:
- account registration details;
- profile information;
- saved preferences and non-essential settings;
- authentication records and linked provider identifiers no longer required;
- support records and communications where deletion is legally and technically permissible;
- other personal data associated with the account that is no longer required for lawful business purposes.
6. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain certain data after account deletion where required or permitted by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for:
- legal and regulatory compliance;
- fraud prevention and abuse detection;
- payment investigations and chargeback handling;
- accounting, tax, audit, and recordkeeping obligations;
- dispute resolution and enforcement of our rights;
- security, system integrity, and prevention of repeated misconduct.
Any retained data will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Processing Time
We will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, taking into account legal, technical, fraud prevention, payment review, and operational requirements.
Deletion may not be immediate in all cases, especially where backup cycles, unresolved disputes, payment investigations, or legal retention obligations apply.
8. Partial Deletion or Restricted Processing
If we are unable to fully delete certain data due to legal, security, or operational requirements, we may instead:
- retain only the minimum data required;
- securely archive such data;
- restrict further processing except where necessary for lawful purposes.
9. Pending Orders and Services
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel, reverse, or refund completed orders, digital goods already delivered, or services already performed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you have pending orders, unresolved support issues, payment reviews, disputes, or account-related investigations, we may complete or review those matters before fully processing your deletion request.
10. Children and Representatives
If the request concerns a child or a person lacking legal capacity, a parent, guardian, or legally authorized representative may contact us, subject to verification and applicable law.
11. Related Documents
This Account Deletion Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. In case of conflict, mandatory applicable law shall prevail.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
